  DAY 4 WEDNESDAY: South Melbourne  We went to the South Melbourne Markets in the morning. I grabbed an iced decaf coffee on soy. We got to try bushfood popcorn from Uncle Charlie's Tastes of Country. Our favourite was Bush tomato and River Mint. We grabbed two bags as presents. I wish I had got more because I kept wanting to eat it myself! Image not mine. They had an Oyster bar where you could buy a few oysters at eat them at this wooden bar with condiments. They also had cooked lobster, sea urchins, and all sorts of other seafood you could eat there. It was an interesting set up I had not seen before. (Obviously I did not eat any.) The weather was really good again so we decided to grab food and take it to a park instead of the food court. We got vegan slices: Notella and a chocolate and raspberry which was really rich and delicious. Day 1 SUNDAY: St Kilda On the afternoon of Sunday 19th March, we arrived in Melbourne by Skybus (the bus from the airport). We left our things at the hotel and took the tram to St Kilda at around 3.00 to see the Esplanade Markets.    We got a couple of vegan momos, a kind of dumpling from a stall called something like  Mama Momos . Jon got a beef skewer from  Hanoi Street Food . We also saw a stall that sold hotdogs and ugly face mugs but didn't get anything from it. We headed to Luna Park. it was late in the afternoon and getting cold so we just got the $15 tickets for entry and one ride.  It was cool seeing all the Vintage art, everything was very different from Sydney Luna Park. All the rides and art were different. We waited about 45 minutes in line to get on the old ghost train. It has been around since 1934 and is apparently one of the oldest remaining dark rides in the world.  The train carriages are tiny and barely fit two people! This carousel was ...
