  2. We've got a larger version of that carved cork tableau, I gave up trying to photograph it for my blog as the reflections drove me daft!
    The Spy Who Came in from the Cold is the greatest espionage book ever written (and believe me, I've read a lot!), the film with Richard Burton is incredible, too! x

  3. I'm loving the carved cork scene. We used to have several of them in the office, belonging to my old boss, but my new bosses got rid of them, unfortunately. Hearing you on them being hard to photograph! xxx

  7. Love the John Le Carre book. Those lanterns look good. You must have some really good thrift shops round where you live. You seem to find so much thats good. Finding anything interesting is really difficult for me!
