Ironfest Photos Part 2

  Ironfest, Saturday 20th April Soldiers of Britain and France compete in shooting and chopping down some wooden slat things.  This woman had some of the most amazing wings I had ever seen! Made of sheet metal, with metal cogs and things on them! And they were home made, if you can call such a thing of beauty home made.   Oh and she also had a hidden dagger in a leg holster! Surprise and delight as the steamengines, seemingly stationery before, were ridden down the road! The back of those amazing wings! I met one of the borg who was very disappointed when I would not let him assimilate me. And K9! He actually moved by remote control. The kids loved him! The battle between England and France Some wonderful Georgian women's outfits. Mounted cavalry The bird tent where some charming medieval people had owls and falcons. A peregrine falcon.   Ironfest in Lithgow Saturday 20th April The Time Machine. It seems to be being guarded. Probably a good thing, you wouldn't want the events of Morlock Nights to come true.
